Flu Shot Clinic Sept. 13

St. John's United Church of Christ will host a Flu Shot Clinic on Sun., Sept. 13 after 10 a.m. worship The clinic will begin about 11:15 a.m. To register please complete the form below.

Each participant is responsible for payment. Medicare and Medicaid will be accepted along with many other private insurance payments. Check with your provider to confirm benefits.
