Pork Roast and Pie Baking Contest Sept. 7

August 31, 2014/ St. John's United Church of Christ/ St Johns United Church of Christ

On Sunday, September 7, St. John’s kicks off the program year with a pork roast and pie baking contest. Worship begins at 10 am with a pitch-in picnic afterward. Games for the kid in all of us completes the afternoon.

Pulled pork and drinks will be provided. Please plan to bring a dish to share, your own table service, and a lawn chair. People whose last names begin with A-M are asked to bring a fruit or dessert; people whose names end with N-Z are asked to bring a vegetable or salad. A sign up sheet is located in Fellowship Hall. Everyone can participate in the pie baking contest!
