Do you access worship services through the internet and is this access option important for you?

How important is ritual in worship for you?

Do you value structured, liturgical worship or do you prefer innovative, less formal worship?

Do you make use of Pastor’s weekly office hours for appointments and drop-in meetings?

Is his availability (as a part-time pastor) sufficient for you?

How important is pastoral outreach to you?

Do you want regular pastoral visits yourself? Do you know others who do?

What size of congregation feels right to you?

If growth is important to you, what actions do you recommend we take to fuel and sustain that growth?

What internal missions (care for members) are most important to you?

What external missions (care for community) do you value/are you involved with?

What would be helpful to you in your spiritual journey?

Book groups/discussion circles on particular topics? Meditation practice? Bible study? Prayer circles? Silent prayer in the sanctuary on open sanctuary days? Other activities or communal practices?
