Seeking the fulfillment of the Realm of God already in our midst, St. John's United Church of Christ envisions a just and peaceful community. It is the mission of this congregation to live God's presence, love our neighbors, and practice the values of our Lord, Jesus Christ. We'd love to have you drop by for worship gatherings, join a small group. See our calendar for specific dates and times.
Through scripture, songs and hymns, prayer, meditation, audio visuals, sermons, instrumental and choral music, liturgical theater and dance, our worship gatherings offer many opportunities to connect with and experience God. At St. John's children worship in the sanctuary with their families before going to Sunday School classes.
Young children participate in age-appropriate learning during the second half of worship. Older children and teens attend class after church.
Music Ministry volunteers learn together, sing together, play instruments together, have fun together, and care for and support one another. The purpose of this ministry is to enrich our worship of God for the glory of God. Prior musical training or experience are not necessary. There is a place for you in the Music Ministry of St. John’s United Church of Christ! If you would like to join the Music Ministry at St. John's United Church of Christ, please take a minute to share some information with us. Our music director, Joel Gary, will contact you by email or telephone.

Whether a loved one dies suddenly or after a lengthy illness, the death of a family member is difficult to bear. This is a time to rely on the support, strength, and counsel of friends and family and especially of your church.
St. John's United Church of Christ welcomes the opportunity to share this special time with you. In choosing to be baptized or to baptize your child, you are making a most significant decision.
The church invites young adults to affirm the commitment made for them at baptism. To help them in that decision, we invite them to deepen their faith through an experience called "Affirming Baptism - Growing Faith" or Confirmation.
