The Poinsettia Sale begins November 20, $6 per plant. You will find an order envelope in your worship service bulletin this Sunday. Orders, payments, and 'in honor/memory of' dedications must be turned in to the church office by Sunday, December 4. Join us for the Grand Rapids Interfaith Thanksgiving Celebration which has been celebrated annually since the year 2000. All are welcome to attend"Coming Together, Welcoming All", an Interfaith Thanksgiving Celebration. A wide variety of denominations will be woven together with a common theme of gratitude from many traditions.
Join St. John's United Church of Christ to celebrate diversity and inclusion at the 28th Annual Pride Festival in Calder Plaza, 250 Monroe Ave., on Saturday, June 18.
We will kick off the day by gathering downtown at the Hand in Hand event from 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Visit our St. John's United Church of Christ booth from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Stay and enjoy all of the festival booths, opportunities, and entertainment from noon to midnight. A concert will be hosted by Alex Newell (from TV's GLEE) and singer/songwriter Steve Grand, along with performances by Deborah Cox and others will begin at 3:00 p.m. and continue until midnight at Calder Plaza.
Join us on Saturday, March 26 at 11:00 a.m. for the St. John's United Church of Christ Easter Egg Hunt. All are welcome!
St. John's Easter Vigil will be held on Saturday, March 26 at 7:00 p.m.
Join us on Thursday, March 24 for our Maundy Thursday worship service at 7:00 p.m.
