Ash Wednesday Service

ALL ARE INVITED to gather with St. John's United Church of Christ for an informal Ash Wednesday service downstairs in our Fellowship Hall on Wed, March 5, 7-8pm.  Come as you are!  Invite your friends and neighbors!  Let's begin our Lenten journey together.

ASH WEDNESDAY SERVICE

* Location:  Fellowship Hall, on the lower level of St. John's UCC.

Almighty God, you have created us out of the dust of the Earth. Grant that our confession and the imposition of ashes may be a sign to us of our own mortality and penitence, that we may remember that it is only by your gracious gift that we are given everlasting life; through Jesus, our Savior. Amen.
